I agree to send the following documentation from the exhibition within one week after the exhibition. a- Photos of the exhibition setup b- Video footage of audience interaction c- Visitor testimonials or comments (If possible) d- Estimate of visitors reached e- Summary of activities and community engagement

I will display all photographs sended by Hak, Hukuk, Adalet Sergi organization together as a complete set.

I understand the prints will be readied and shipped free of charge and must be returned (if not reused) within 2 weeks.

I will send a fully refundable deposit of $250, which will be charged only if I fail to return the materials as per the agreement.

I will not alter the message/content of the original work. All additions will be submitted for approval.

I will submit this application at least 30 days before the exhibition date.

I will include a layout sketch of the exhibition plan.

I will promote the exhibition is organized in collaboration with Günbugündür.LA

Exhibition materials will be shipped by Günbugündür.LA at no cost to the Borrower. The Borrower agrees to cover return or onward shipping costs.

By submitting this form as applicant and/or exhibition borrower I acknowledge that I have right to sign as a representative of borrowing party, and I accept all terms of Gunbugundur.LA and Hak, Hukuk, Adalet Exhibition team for opening the exhibition in the city and the country stated above. All changes on dates, venue or on any other item in this application will be submitted to info@hakhukukadaletsetrgi.com. Exhibition owner has the right of reject any changes.
